Justin Carroll, Driver of the IBCI Sponsored Late Model Stock Car has been named MOST IMPROVED DRIVER 2017.

On March 5th, 2018 Speed51.com announced The 51’s Most Improved and comeback Driver of the Year. The IBCI sponsored car driver, Justin Carroll was named Most Improved Driver, recognized for improvements made in short track racing during the 2017 season.

According to race fans, no driver improved more during the 2017 season than Late Model Stock Car driver Justin Carroll.

Carroll turned heads when he scored his first career CARS Tour victory in the Throwback 276 event at the legendary Hickory Motor Speedway (NC). In addition to his CARS Tour win, Carroll also picked up a trio of victories in local Late Model competition at Hickory.

Overall, Carroll’s performance in 2017 was head and shoulders better than it was during the 2016 season.”
